What kind of projects does RayVo Studio take on?

RayVo Studio works on complete projects — producing an event, installing equipment in a club or venue, designing a show — or on a specific technical need: installation, programming or operation. We adapt to the scale of the project.

What does event production include?

Event production covers sound, lighting, equipment, installation, programming, on-the-day operation and production support. We can take on all or part of these.

Does RayVo Studio install equipment in clubs?

Yes. We work directly in clubs, venues and public spaces to install lighting, sound, control and programming equipment, or to modify and upgrade an existing set-up.

What is the difference between lighting design, programming and operation?

Lighting design defines the intent: technical drawings, lighting plot, choice and placement of fixtures. Programming builds the show on the console, with palettes, cues and sequences. Operation is live control on the day of the event.

Can we see the result before the event?

For a show, we produce technical drawings and 3D renders before load-in: you see the layout, the beams and the moods, and you validate the choices with us.

Do you work on an existing installation?

Yes. We work both on designing a new installation and on modifying, upgrading or evolving an existing lighting or sound set-up already in place at a venue.

What information should we prepare for a first conversation?

The type of project (event, installation, show), the venue, the date and, if you have it, the technical specification of the venue or stage. Even if incomplete, a first message is enough to get started.

How do I ask for a quote?
